The AIA Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending the 30 September 2019 has now been published, alongside updated details regarding the Annual General Meeting.

Annual General Meeting

The eighty-eighth Annual General Meeting of the Association of International Accountants will be held on 02 September 2020 at 12:00GMT for the following purposes:

To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019.
To elect Members of the Council.
To appoint Auditors and to fix their remuneration.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and in line with the revised requirements of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, AIA has taken the decision to hold the Annual General Meeting behind closed doors.

This means our AGM will still go ahead as per the requirements of the AIA Constitution, but unfortunately all members will be unable to attend.
