Jonathan Prince Cann is the founder and Managing Partner of JPCann Associates LTD, Management Consulting firm in Accra with subsidiaries in other countries. He is also a Board member and Audit Committee Chair of the Republic Bank Ghana Plc, a subsidiary of Republic Financial Holding Limited, headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago. 

He holds an MBA in Financial Services from the University of East London and a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), UK. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast. He is a Certified Enterprise Risk Management (CERM, Canada) Expert. He is a Lead Management Systems Auditor on ISO Standards ISO 9001; 27001; 22301; 37001; 22000; 14001; and 45001.
