He has authored 3 published books on taxation as well as articles and have been interviewed by various media channels. 

Thenesh is a licences tax agent, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the International Fiscal Association. A Fellow member of ACCA, the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant.
