Ian Kaye has 30 years business experience, has a passion for empowering others to learn, whether that is through training or coaching. Ian trained with one of the big-4 firms of accountants, has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and has trained to trainer level in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) twice, with 2 of the 3 founders of NLP.

Ian has worked as an external and internal auditor, a regional accountant for Northern Europe, based in Germany for the American Bureau of Shipping. He has lead ERP change projects at General Electric and worked in other large businesses as either a divisional finance leader or change project manager. This includes assignments at Lloyds Register, Interserve and Royal BAM.

Ian has also been FD or Change Consultant for smaller owner-managed businesses.
