The Association of International Accountants (AIA), the global body for professional accountants are delighted to announce two new corporate partnerships.
The partnerships, which were agreed this month, are with the North West Asia Business Association (NWABA) and the Yorkshire Asian Business Association (YABA). NWABA was formed to connect, support and promote Asians and the wider business community, whilst YABA provide a voice for business on a regional, national and international level.
These corporate partnerships will form the starting point of what AIA, NWABA & YABA envisage as a long-term collaboration, through which the organisations will work closely together for the mutual benefit of their associations.
Upon agreeing the partnership, NWABA Chairman, Ridwan Asmal, said: “NWABA pride themselves on only partnering with world class institutions which can add value for our members. The AIA is an example of this, and we look forward to promoting the AIA’s offering throughout the Asian business network in the North West.”
AIA Chief Executive, Philip Turnbull, added: “AIA are delighted to be working collaboratively with NWABA and YABA as trusted corporate partners. NWABA and YABA are widely regarded as the most important forums, and the voice of Asian businesses within their respective areas. As such these partnership agreements provide AIA with a unique opportunity to build our presence further in the North West and Yorkshire regions.”
