By the time this webinar takes place the festive period will be a distant memory, and it will be time to think about planning for the year ahead. Tim Pinkney will talk you through an AML spring clean giving tips on reviewing policies and procedures and compiling your form risk assessment.  

He will also review the latest requirements from OPBAS in firms and explain AIA’s approach to criminality checks.

Tim is AIA's Head of Compliance and Recognition, and his main responsibilities are to oversee member compliance with legal, professional and industry standards; to maintain the quality and status of AIA membership and manage the AIA's Quality Assurance programme.

In addition he is the AIA representative at the Anti-money Laundering Supervisors’ Forum and the AIA point of contact with National Crime Agency.

If you have to cancel or transfer, the full fee will be transferred to a future event, provided notice is received not less than 24 hours prior to the event. If you cancel or transfer later than this, the full fee will be charged to that event. Alternatively, a substitute delegate would be welcome at no extra charge.

Where circumstances force the AIA to change the details of or cancel a webinar, the liability of the AIA will be limited to a refund of fees for that particular webinar. The AIA is not liable for any consequential loss.
